Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in Coimbatore. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. The role involves developing responsive user interfaces, building and integrating APIs and backend services using Python, managing and optimizing data using MS SQL, and ensuring application performance, security, and reliability.

The Developer will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into high-quality, maintainable solutions. Responsibilities also include participating in code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, optimizing existing features, preparing technical documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices.

Qualifications:

- Strong foundation in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience delivering production-ready web applications.




- Proficiency in Front-End Development using React and TypeScript (TS), with strong knowledge of modern UI development practices.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development using Python, with experience in server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, and backend application development.
- Strong working knowledge of MS SQL, including SQL queries, stored procedures, joins, data manipulation, and query optimization.
- Understanding of software development best practices, including Git/version control, testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Ability to develop, integrate, test, and troubleshoot REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices is an advantage.
- Experience with application security, scalability, and performance optimization is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, adapt to changing requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
