About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India or the UAE. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering project, building a state-of-the-art internal platform from the ground up. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that serve as the front end of our proprietary systems.

Your work will directly impact the efficiency and usability of our financial dashboards, analytics tools, and reporting systems used by our internal teams and stakeholders. This is not a maintenance role; it is a build-from-zero opportunity that requires creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 6+ years of experience in frontend development,



demonstrating a strong command of modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.js and Next.js.

Experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications is essential. Familiarity with REST APIs and real-time data integration is required to ensure seamless connectivity with backend systems. A keen eye for UI/UX design principles is important to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

Additional experience with financial dashboards or analytics platforms is considered a plus, as it aligns with our core business functions. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining high-performance web interfaces using React or Vue.js, with a preference for React.js and Next.js. You will translate complex business requirements into elegant, functional UI solutions that enhance user engagement and operational efficiency. Building dashboards for deal tracking, investor reporting, and analytics will be a core part of your role, requiring you to optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.





Collaboration with backend developers and AI teams is vital to ensure smooth integration and data flow. Additionally, you will be involved in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold high-quality standards. Staying updated with the latest frontend technologies and best practices to incorporate creative solutions into our platform will also be part of your responsibilities.
