We are looking for freshers with a pleasant personality and strong communication skills to join our Front Office team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional approach.
- Handle guest queries and provide excellent guest service.
- Support lobby and front office operations.
- Coordinate with different hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Eligibility:
- Freshers can apply.
- Graduation or Diploma is mandatory.
- Hotel Management / Hospitality / Aviation graduates preferred.
- Positive communication and grooming skills.
- Customer-service-oriented personality.
