Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in Lucknow.

The Front Office

Associate will handle day-to-day tasks such as answering phones, performing receptionist duties, managing customer check-ins, and addressing guest inquiries. Strong communication skills and excellent customer service are essential for this role.

- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Customer Service and Check-in skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
