COUNSELLING EXECUTIVE

Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi

Position: Counselling Executive / Patient Counsellor

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Responsibilities

- Counsel patients and attendants regarding healthcare services and treatment options.
- Understand patients’ requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
- Explain treatment procedures, packages, and charges clearly.
- Handle patient queries and concerns professionally.
- Conduct follow-up calls and assist patients throughout the treatment journey.
- Convert enquiries into appointments and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team for smooth patient handling.




- Maintain accurate records of counselling and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily reports related to counselling, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Ensure a positive patient experience and high level of patient satisfaction.

Requirements
- Graduate preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong counselling and convincing skills.
- Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Healthcare/clinic experience will be an advantage.
- Confident, target-oriented, and professional personality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
