We are looking for an experienced and motivated Freight Broker to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in freight brokerage and a good understanding of the US trucking and logistics industry.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with carriers, negotiating freight rates, covering loads, and maintaining strong professional relationships with carriers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and coordinate with carriers to cover available loads.
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers and ensure competitive pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers.
- Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and internal operations teams.
- Track shipments and ensure timely movement of freight.
- Resolve operational issues and provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate load, carrier, and rate information.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.




- Follow company processes and compliance requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Freight Brokerage or US Logistics.
- Knowledge of the US trucking and freight market preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of carrier and load coordination.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
