About the Role

We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter who can support our hiring requirements by sourcing, screening, and coordinating with suitable candidates across multiple roles.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication, excellent follow-up abilities, and the ability to independently manage recruitment assignments from candidate sourcing to joining.

This is a freelance recruitment opportunity, suitable for recruiters who have access to candidate networks, job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, or other sourcing channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Candidate Sourcing

- Source candidates for various open positions based on the hiring requirements shared by the company.
- Use multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, WhatsApp groups, and personal networks.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Identify relevant candidates according to the required skills, experience, location, and salary criteria.

2. Candidate Screening
- Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
- Assess candidates based on experience, communication skills, interest, salary expectations, and availability.
- Share relevant candidate profiles with the internal hiring team.

3. Interview Coordination
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the internal hiring team.




- Communicate interview details and requirements clearly to candidates.
- Follow up with candidates before and after interviews.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

4. Candidate Follow-up & Joining
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain regular communication until the candidate joins.
- Help reduce candidate drop-offs by keeping candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular hiring updates to the company.

5. Recruitment Reporting
- Maintain records of sourced, shortlisted, interviewed, and selected candidates.
- Share regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Maintain an active pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of suitable candidate profiles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or freelance recruitment.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to understand job requirements and identify relevant candidates.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, or other recruitment channels.




- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Strong networking and candidate relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel for recruitment tracking.
