Role Description The Freelance Writer role at Penguin Aula MX is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The writer will research topics, develop outlines, and produce clear, original content across articles, blogs, marketing copy, and educational materials.

Day-to-day tasks include drafting and revising content, aligning writing with project guidelines and brand tone, and meeting deadlines for multiple assignments. The role involves collaborating with editors, designers, and project leads to refine content and ensure accuracy, coherence, and consistency. The writer will also incorporate feedback, optimize content for readability, and maintain organized records of drafts and sources.

Qualifications

- Strong writing and storytelling abilities, with a focus on clear, engaging, and grammatically accurate content.
- Proficiency in research and fact-checking, including the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.




- Experience with content development processes, such as outlining, drafting, editing, and revising.
- Basic familiarity with digital content best practices, including readability, audience targeting, and tone adaptation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines on-site in Noida.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and receiving editorial feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in freelance or full time writing roles, especially in publishing, education, or media, is an advantage.
