- Visit franchisees/customers regularly to ensure smooth service operations
- Provide technical support and assistance to franchise outlets
- Act as a liaison between the company and franchisees for service-related issues
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and feedback
- Assist in training franchise staff on product knowledge and service standards
- Monitor franchise performance and report deviations to management
- Promote companys products and services to customers during visits (basic sales flair required)
