We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager to drive the expansion of our preschool franchise network. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting prospective franchise partners, managing the complete sales cycle, and building strong relationships with entrepreneurs and investors.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads for preschool franchise opportunities.
- Conduct franchise presentations, business meetings, and investment discussions.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to closure and onboarding.
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies to identify new franchise opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and education professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Academic teams for smooth franchise setup and launch.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, lead pipelines, and follow-ups.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, seminars, franchise meets, and networking events.




- Conduct regular market research to identify potential locations and business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Franchise Development, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Sales.
- Experience in Education, Preschool, EdTech, or Franchise Industry will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and build long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Robust lead conversion and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and market visits.
- MBA or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field will be preferred.
