About The Role The Belgian Waffle Xpress (TBWX) is looking for a Franchise Telecaller to join our franchise sales team.

The role involves calling potential franchise partners, understanding their requirements, explaining the TBWX franchise opportunity, qualifying leads and maintaining regular follow-ups until the lead is ready to be handled by the Business Development team.

This is a target-oriented role suited for someone who is confident on calls, good at communication and persistent with follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential franchise leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Understand the prospect's business background, preferred location, investment capacity and franchise interest.
- Explain the basic TBWX franchise model, investment, process and requirements.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule calls or meetings between qualified prospects and the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up status in the CRM/lead tracker.
- Ensure timely follow-up with old and current leads.
- Handle basic questions and objections professionally.
- Escalate detailed commercial or technical queries to the relevant team.
- Work towards daily/weekly calling, follow-up and qualified-lead targets.
- Maintain a professional relationship with potential franchise partners throughout the sales process.

Requirements




- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation or customer calling.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good spoken Hindi and English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with business owners and prospective franchisees.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Strong follow-up ability.
- Comfortable working with daily and monthly targets.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, CRM or lead management systems.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred
- Experience in franchise sales, real estate, business development, insurance, education sales or similar target-based roles.
- Previous experience handling high-volume leads.
- Experience using CRM or WhatsApp-based sales processes.
