Job Overview:

We are looking for a Franchise Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our growing franchise network. The role involves supporting franchise partners after onboarding, coordinating with internal teams on bookings, payments and service delivery, and making sure franchisees operate smoothly in line with Cox & Kings standards. This role is ideal for professionals with travel operations or partner coordination experience who are process-driven, enjoy solving problems, and can build strong working relationships with business partners.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

● Act as the primary operational point of contact for all franchise partners across the Cox & Kings network after onboarding

● Coordinate day-to-day franchise operations with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Product, Finance and Customer Support

● Support franchisees with B2B travel bookings, package queries, quotations, itineraries and booking confirmations

● Ensure franchise partners follow company SOPs, pricing guidelines, brand standards and service quality norms

● Coordinate onboarding activities for recent franchisees, including documentation, system access, training schedules and branding requirements

● Resolve franchisee queries, escalations and operational issues within defined turnaround times

● Coordinate with the Finance team on franchisee payments, commissions, invoices, reconciliations and outstanding dues





● Maintain accurate franchise records, trackers, MIS reports and performance data

● Share regular operational updates performance reports and issue summaries with the Franchise Development Manager

● Monitor franchise performance and identify partners needing additional operational, product or sales support

● Communicate new products, offers, policy changes and campaigns to the franchise network on time

● Coordinate franchise training sessions, product briefings and partner meetings

● Support audits and compliance checks to maintain quality and consistency across franchise locations

Skills & Qualifications Required:

● Graduate in any discipline; MBA or diploma in Travel & Tourism / Operations preferred

● 3–5 years of experience in franchise operations, B2B travel operations, partner coordination or travel back-office roles

● Good understanding of travel products such as holiday packages, group tours, hotels, flights and visas

● Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills

● Excellent communication and relationship management abilities

● Ability to manage multiple partners, queries and priorities simultaneously

● Proficiency in MS Excel, email and CRM tools for tracking and reporting

● Process-oriented with strong attention to detail

● Knowledge of franchise business models or B2B travel distribution is a plus
