We’re Hiring: Founding Sales Associate

Elder care is a massive problem. We’re building the solution.

Elda is an at-home elder care platform, making quality care for seniors more accessible, personal, and dependable — right at home.

In just 8 weeks, Elda has gone from 0 to 350 families served, and we’re building towards tripling that number every month.

Now, we’re looking for Founding Sales Associates to help us work & build on our sales engine that gets us there.

What you’ll do

This isn’t a “just follow the process” sales role.

You’ll be one of the early people shaping how Elda sells, grows, and takes care of its customers.

→ Talk to families — understand their needs, answer questions, and build trust through meaningful conversations

→ Own the sales journey — from the first call and qualification to follow-ups, conversion, onboarding, & retention

→ Manage bookings — coordinate and confirm care visits, ensure the right service is booked, and keep families updated

→ Own CRM hygiene — maintain accurate customer information, call notes, follow-ups, pipeline stages, and next actions

→ Drive customer experience — make sure every interaction with Elda feels responsive, thoughtful, and dependable

→ Follow through — stay on top of customer requests, coordinate internally, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks

→ Improve the sales process — identify what's working, what's broken, and experiment with better ways to convert and retain families

→ Work directly with the founders — contribute to building the sales playbook, processes,



and systems from the ground up

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need 5 years of sales experience.

We care much more about how you think and how hungry you are.

You might be a great fit if you:

→ Can listen, ask the right questions, and build trust

→ Are organised and can juggle multiple customers, bookings, and follow-ups

→ Care deeply about the customer experience

→ Move rapid and take ownership without being told what to do

→ Are curious about people and genuinely care about solving problems
