Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research abilities, including market research, competitor analysis, and synthesizing insights into explicit recommendations.
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to draft structured documents, presentations, and emails, and present information in a clear and concise manner.
- Organizational and project coordination skills, including managing tasks, tracking timelines, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace, online project management tools) and openness to learning new systems.
- Demonstrated interest in startups, venture-building, brand strategy, or business growth,



ideally supported by relevant academic projects or internships.
- Ability to work on-site in Shimla, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, management, marketing, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-driven, curious mindset with a willingness to take ownership, ask questions, and learn from feedback.
