About the RoleThis is not a conventional Founder's Office or Executive Assistant position.
We are looking for someone who wants to build a company, not simply support one.
You will work directly with the founders across strategy, business development, partnerships, operations, fundraising, product development, and execution. Every day will be different, and every project will contribute directly to the company's growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in ambiguity, and wants significant ownership from day one.
What You'll DoBusiness Growth &
- Partnerships
- Build relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, EPC contractors, infrastructure companies, and government agencies.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Support customer acquisition and revenue growth across Paving+'s product portfolio.
- Represent Paving+ at industry events, customer meetings, and strategic discussions.
Strategy & • Founder Support
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop business plans and expansion strategies.
- Prepare investor presentations, reports, and grant applications.
- Support fundraising, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives.
- Build dashboards and management reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Operations & • Execution
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, R&D;, Finance, and Marketing.
- Track deliverables, follow up on action items, and remove execution bottlenecks.
- Improve internal processes, workflows,
and operational efficiency.
- Ensure key initiatives are delivered on time and with high quality.
Sustainability & • InnovationDevelop a deep understanding of:
- Sustainable construction materials
- Cement decarbonization

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for builders, not spectators. You should enjoy solving problems, taking ownership, and creating impact.
You should be comfortable working with founders, customers, factory teams, investors, government officials, and external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Environmental Studies, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- 1–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, startup operations, business development, project management, or a Founder's Office role.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, sustainability, or climate-tech is preferred.
