About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) who thrives at the intersection of software engineering, solution architecture, AI innovation, and customer engagement. This role requires a highly technical skilled capable of partnering directly with enterprise customers to architect, build, deploy, and scale mission-critical solutions in complex environments.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in software engineering, cloud-native architectures, AI/ML deployments, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations. As a trusted technical advisor, you will work closely with customer stakeholders, product teams, and engineering leadership to solve high-impact business challenges and drive successful adoption of advanced technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Solution Engineering

- Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and technical requirements.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, architecture reviews, and solution design discussions.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable, production-grade technical solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.

Solution Architecture & Deployment

- Design and implement end-to-end enterprise solutions leveraging cloud-native and AI-driven technologies.
- Lead deployment of complex applications across hybrid, on-premises, and multi-cloud environments.
- Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, and deployment patterns to improve delivery efficiency.
- Drive system integration with enterprise platforms, third-party applications, and data ecosystems.

Software Engineering





- Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Architect and implement microservices-based applications and distributed systems.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, observability, and security.
- Establish engineering best practices including testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.

AI & Data Solutions

- Design and deploy enterprise AI solutions utilizing LLMs, RAG architectures, AI Agents, Vector Databases, and Knowledge Graphs.
- Build custom AI workflows integrating structured and unstructured enterprise data sources.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to operationalize machine learning and generative AI solutions.
- Ensure AI deployments meet enterprise-grade security, governance, and compliance requirements.

Technical Leadership

- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to engineers and implementation teams.
- Drive technical decision-making and establish engineering standards across projects.
- Influence product roadmap through customer feedback and field insights.
- Act as an escalation point for critical technical challenges and production issues.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

Software Engineering

- Expert-level proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, C#
- Strong experience with: Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture, Distributed Systems

Cloud & Infrastructure

- Deep expertise in: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Strong hands-on experience with: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Data Engineering

- Experience working with: SQL & NoSQL Databases, Snowflake, Databricks, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis
- Strong understanding of: ETL/ELT Pipelines, Data Modeling, Streaming Architectures, Data Governance

DevOps & Platform Engineering

- CI/CD implementation using: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
- Monitoring & Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, ELK Stack, OpenTelemetry

Generative AI & Advanced Technologies

Mandatory Experience

- Hands-on experience delivering enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions.

- Experience with: Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems,



Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, Semantic Search.

Preferred Frameworks

- LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Haystack, Hugging Face, OpenAI SDK, Azure OpenAI

Enterprise Integration Experience

Strong experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as:SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Applications, SharePoint, Enterprise Data Warehouses

Experience with:REST APIs, GraphQL, Event Streaming, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Message-Oriented Middleware

Leadership & Customer Engagement

- Proven experience working directly with C-Level stakeholders, Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, and Business Leaders.
- Ability to influence technical and business decisions through strong communication and consultative engagement.
- Experience leading globally distributed teams.
- Strong presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic customer engagements simultaneously.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, deployment engineering, or consulting experience.
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong track record of deploying mission-critical systems into production environments.
