Role Description The Forward Deployment Engineer role at Simplita.ai is an on-site position based in Villupuram. In this role, the engineer partners closely with enterprise customers to understand their business workflows, translate requirements into agentic AI solutions, and deploy production-grade automation using the Simplita.ai platform.

Daily responsibilities include configuring and integrating systems, building and testing full-stack applications and AI workflows, troubleshooting implementation issues, and optimizing performance for reliability and scalability.

Engineer also collaborates with product and engineering teams to provide feedback from real-world deployments,



ensures governance and security standards are met, and supports customer onboarding, training, and documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in software engineering fundamentals, including programming in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, and experience with APIs and backend services.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies and full-stack development, including UI development frameworks, RESTful services, and integration of third-party systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, automation platforms, or workflow orchestration tools, and interest in building AI-driven enterprise applications.
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements, design scalable technical solutions, and document architectures and implementation plans clearly.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with experience in testing, performance optimization, and production deployment of applications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work directly with customers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders in office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in enterprise environments, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and security or governance practices is a plus.
