Role Description The Founder's Office Intern will work closely with the founding team on a variety of strategic and operational initiatives in a full-time capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitive research, preparing analytical reports and presentations, and supporting business planning and investor-related documentation. The role involves coordinating cross-functional projects, tracking key metrics, and assisting in process improvement across product, operations, and business development.

The intern will also help with meeting preparation, follow-ups,



and documentation to ensure smooth execution of the founders’ priorities. This is an on-site role based in Delhi, India, providing direct exposure to leadership decision-making in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in creating reports, presentations, and structured documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Comfort with basic business and financial concepts; familiarity with startup ecosystems, clean mobility, or energy sectors is an advantage.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and collaborative platforms.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field; relevant internships or project experience are beneficial.
