Forward Deployed Intern — Valuezen

Pay: ₹300,000.00-₹700,000.00 per year

Location: Bangalore, India

Job Type: Full-time Internship

Product: AI Fluency & Capability Development for Enterprises

About Valuezen

Valuezen is an AI-first startup building a platform helping enterprises build AI fluency and AI capabilities across their workforce.

We work with enterprises to understand their job roles, skills and business context, and create targeted AI learning and capability development experiences.

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Intern who enjoys working directly on real customer problems and turning them into working solutions.

About the Role

As a Forward Deployed Intern, you will work at the intersection of AI, content, product and customers.

A key part of your role will be helping build and evolve our ContentIQ Agent — an AI agent that enables us create and customize learning and capability content for different job roles, AI skills and enterprise requirements.

You will work closely with the founding/product team, customer representatives, and sales/operations teams to understand requirements, experiment with AI, build content, test outcomes and continuously improve the product.

This is a hands-on role. You may spend one day working with an LLM and building an agent workflow, another day analyzing a customer's job-role requirements, and another day working with the sales/ops team to deliver a customer-specific capability program.

What We Are Looking For

Solid curiosity about AI and how it can be applied to real business problems.

Comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Copilot or similar AI tools.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail, comfortable working with ambiguity and figuring things out independently.

Good understanding of Python, APIs, JSON or data structures is useful.

Startup mindset — you should be comfortable moving quickly, experimenting and taking ownership.

You will be working on real enterprise problems and learning how AI products are actually deployed with customers.

You will get exposure to: AI Agents → Content Engineering → Enterprise Customers → Product Development → AI Capability Development

Education / Experience

Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Master's degree.

Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.

Prior startup experience is a plus, but not required.
