We are looking for an experienced and responsible Foreman with hands-on knowledge of Hydraulic Centralised Machines to supervise and manage day-to-day shop-floor production activities.
The candidate will be responsible for machine operation, production planning, manpower supervision, quality control, and ensuring smooth and effective manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of Hydraulic Centralised Machines.
- Handle machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Allocate work to operators and manage shop-floor manpower.
- Monitor machine performance and identify operational issues.
- Ensure proper use of tools, dies, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
- Maintain required quality standards and inspect components during production.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
