Job Type: Field Sales

Location: Haryana (Metro Areas and Districts)

DevDarshan Overseas is expanding its sales team and inviting applications for the position of FMCG Sales & Marketing Executive to manage and develop our market presence across the metro areas and districts of Haryana.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the distribution network, strengthening retailer relationships, and increasing brand visibility across the assigned territory.

Qualification & Experience

· Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a degree/diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.

· Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG, retail, distribution, or field sales is required. Experience working with Dhoop and Agarbatti Brand will be preferred.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Sales-driven, energetic, confident, and result-oriented.

· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other channel partners.

· Positive knowledge of the local market will be preferred.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities





· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Appoint, develop, and manage distributors and other distribution partners.

· Expand the company's market reach and strengthen brand presence across the assigned territory.

· Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other channel partners.

· Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

· Implement promotional schemes, trade offers, and market activation activities.

· Ensure proper product availability and market coverage across the assigned territory.

· Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, product availability, and market coverage.

· Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and product demand.

· Collect and share market feedback with the management.

· Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates.
