Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Developer responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Flutter,

mobile architecture, API integrations, and CRM platform integrations, delivering secure and scalable mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance mobile user interfaces.
- Integrate mobile applications with CRM platforms and enterprise systems.
- Develop reusable components, widgets, and application frameworks.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Support application releases, upgrades, and production deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with significant mobile application expertise.
- Solid hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart programming language.
- Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating external services.




- Knowledge of mobile app architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience building mobile interfaces for CRM systems.
- Experience integrating mobile applications with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft

Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar solutions.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms, mobile security, and offline synchronization.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and enterprise integration architectures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
