Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with hands-on experience in the Broker-Tech / Financial Trading domain. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize high-performance mobile trading platforms across iOS and Android. You will work directly with low-latency streaming market data, order routing workflows, portfolio systems, and strict security compliance to deliver a seamless, real-time trading experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Core App Development: Build and scale responsive, pixel-perfect cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart tailored for equities, derivatives, commodities, or forex trading.
- Real-time Data Streaming: Integrate WebSocket/TCP socket feeds to handle high-frequency market data streaming (Ticker, Depth/L2 data, Order Book) with minimal latency.
- Backend & System Integration: Interface securely with trading backend systems including Order Management Systems (OMS), Risk Management Systems (RMS), Back-Office systems, and partner/broker APIs.
- Feature Delivery: Implement core trading workflows such as single/multi-leg order placement (Market, Limit, SL, Bracket Orders), live portfolio tracking, P&L; reporting, interactive charting, and market scanners.
- Performance & Speed: Optimize rendering performance (aiming for consistent 60/120 FPS), memory management, build size, and app launch times on mid-to-low-end mobile hardware.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce mobile security standards including biometric authentication (FaceID/Fingerprint), 2FA/TOTP, token storage encryption, SSL/TLS pinning,



and root/jailbreak detection.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend devs, and quantitative/risk teams to translate complex trading mechanics into intuitive UI workflows.
- Quality & Stability: Write clean, testable code (Unit, Widget, and Integration tests), perform memory profiling, and resolve production crashes proactively.

Technical & Domain Requirements:

Must-Haves:

- Experience: 3–6 years of professional software development, with 2+ years of dedicated Flutter/Dart experience delivering production-grade applications.
- Domain Expertise: Practical understanding of trading domain concepts (Market Data, Order Types, Market Depth, Margin calculation, Positions, Holdings, Ledger, and Contract Notes).
- Real-time Protocols: Demonstrated experience handling WebSockets, Server-Sent Events (SSE), or socket connections for real-time feed updates in Flutter.
- State Management: Mastery of scalable architecture and state management solutions (specifically BLoC or Riverpod) to manage complex UI state changes.
- API Integration: Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, secure OAuth2/JWT authentication flows, and dynamic payload handling.
- Version Control & CI/CD: Robust expertise with Git workflows (feature branching, pull requests, merge conflict resolution).

Nice-to-Haves:

- Familiarity with financial charting libraries (e.g., TradingView integration, custom Canvas drawing for stock charts).
- Understanding of native mobile bridges (MethodChannels) for iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin).
- Prior experience with app store deployment cycles (Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect) and automated build pipelines (CI/CD).
