Role: Floor Incharge / Floor Manager

We are looking for an experienced Floor Incharge / Floor Manager to manage daily retail store operations, guide the sales team, handle customers, monitor sales and stock, and ensure smooth functioning of the store.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

- Manage and guide the sales team on the floor.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets.
- Train and motivate team members.
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations.

Store Operations

- Ensure the store is clean, organized and well maintained.
- Maintain proper product display and replenishment.
- Follow company SOPs and retail standards.
- Ensure proper Visual Merchandising and store ambience.
- Implement promotions and offers as per company guidelines.

Sales

- Monitor daily sales and team performance.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets.
- Focus on customer engagement and increasing sales.
- Promote loyalty programs and promotional offers.

Stock Management

- Monitor stock availability on the floor.
- Coordinate for stock replenishment.
- Conduct stock checks and inventory counts.
- Monitor stock loss, damage and pilferage.
- Ensure products are properly maintained and displayed.

Billing & Cash Handling

- Ensure accurate billing through POS.




- Handle and monitor cash and card transactions.
- Check daily cash and sales reconciliation.
- Ensure correct pricing, discounts and gift vouchers.
- Handle customer returns as per company policy.
- Maintain required billing and cash registers.

Customer Service

- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Resolve customer issues quickly.
- Maintain a positive customer experience.
- Build valuable relationships with customers.

Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of experience in Apparel, Fashion or Retail Stores.
- Experience as Floor Incharge, Floor Supervisor, Floor Manager, Senior Sales Executive or similar roles.
- Good team-handling and leadership skills.
- Sales and target-oriented approach.
- Good customer-handling skills.
- POS, billing and cash-handling knowledge.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and good grooming.
- Energetic, responsible and willing to take initiative.
