New Hope IVF & Fertility Center is looking for a Floor Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day patient coordination and floor operations. The candidate will coordinate with patients, doctors, nurses, and other departments to provide a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate patient flow and appointments.
- Assist patients and attendants with their queries.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, front office, and other departments.
- Ensure smooth movement of patients across different departments.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain proper patient records and documentation.
- Monitor daily floor activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Support the team in maintaining a positive patient experience.
- Ensure discipline and proper coordination among staff.
Requirements
- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, IVF center, or healthcare setup preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and organizational abilities.
- Patient-friendly and professional approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in IVF, fertility, hospital operations, or patient coordination will be preferred.
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
