Key Responsibilities

- Fleet Management: Oversee a large team of 500 to 850 Delivery Executives across assigned zones on a daily basis.

- Field Training &
- Coaching:

Coach riders via one-on-one field training to improve delivery efficiency, behavior, and overall customer experience.

- Compliance &

- Audits:

Conduct regular field audits to check rider compliance, adherence to service standards, and operational guidelines.

- Attrition &

- Retention:

Control voluntary attrition, reduce absconding rates, and handle driver grievances or escalations.

- Ground Operations: Help resolve local logistical challenges, mitigate rider strikes with minimal disruption, and conduct weekly huddles for current product rollouts.

- Intelligence &

- Referrals:

Provide on-ground feedback regarding speed and costs, while driving DE referral and reactivation programs.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: Prior background in logistics, fleet operations, or managing delivery rider networks.

- Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler (bike) and a valid license, with a willingness to travel extensively in the field.
