Experience: 7-15 years

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights.
- Analyze Revenue, Cost, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management dashboards.
- Support business finance activities through financial planning and decision support.
- Partner with business leaders to improve financial performance and profitability.
- Perform financial modeling, trend analysis, and business performance reporting.
- Work with SAP/SAP HANA and Power BI to generate reports and business insights.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support strategic business initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5-11+ years of relevant experience in FP&A;, Commercial Finance, Business Finance, or Controllership.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SAP/SAP HANA, Power BI, and Advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in shared services, consulting, or multinational organizations will be an added advantage.
