Role and Responsibilities

Financial Management

- Approval of invoices and maintain accurate books and records
- Supervision of all operating expenses and asset outgoings
- Maintenance of accurate tenancy records and relevant information
- Assistance in the management and supervision of asset cash flows
- Liaison with centre managers for day to day operations
- Reconciliation of tenant accounts and issue monthly statements
- Provision and reconciliation of annual outgoings to tenants
- Preparation of lease approval forms for review to the Investment Committee
- Evaluation of cash flows and financial risks of potential capital investment projects
- Collection of sales information and evaluation of asset performance and related risks
- Reconciliation of profit and loss accounts to enable accurate quarterly reporting
- Support the team in day to day operations

Financial Reporting

- Preparation of annual budgets and month end accounting reports




- Reconciliation of general ledger, trial balance, P&L; accounts and balance sheet to enable accurate monthly and quarterly reporting
- Preparation of financial statements and reports for presentation to the management and the Board of Directors
- Analysis of financial information and capital gain calculations
- Liaison with independent auditors for annual outgoings audit
- Provision of assurance on the accuracy and completeness of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with related statutory standards and requirements

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
