Job Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Operations Support Executive to support our daily transaction and documentation verification activities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for accurately checking transactions, verifying statements and maintaining operational data using MS Excel and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify daily transactions and operational entries for accuracy.
- Check and verify statements, records and supporting documents.
- Identify data mismatches, missing information or incorrect entries and report them to the concerned team.
- Update and maintain records using MS Excel.
- Perform data entry and documentation-related activities with accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever clarification or verification is required.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of operational and financial information.
- Support the team in other routine operational activities as required.





Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
- Basic understanding of data entry and transaction verification.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks within timelines.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and work in a logistics and operations environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable working 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 6 days a week.

Candidate Profile

- Freshers having good knowledge in Excel and MS office with fast typing and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Candidates with knowledge of Excel, data entry, accounts support, transaction processing or documentation will be preferred.
- Candidates who can commit to the 3 PM–9 PM shift are mandatory to apply.
- Strong accuracy, discipline and willingness to learn are important for this role.
