About the Role The Finance (Wings) Trainee will support core accounting and financial operations, reporting, compliance, and data analysis. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial processes, audits, and ERP systems, while contributing to efficiency and accuracy in finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in accounting transactions, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.
- Support Accounts Payable/Receivable and verify invoices, claims, and documentation.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.




- Provide support for statutory/internal audits and compliance with GST & Income Tax.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and assist in budgeting/forecasting.
- Participate in finance transformation and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for finance-related information.

Qualifications

- B.Com, BBA (Finance), BBM, M.Com, MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Skills & Attributes

- Strong grasp of accounting principles and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) preferred.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in teams.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic setting.
