Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop financial models to analyze business performance, identify trends, and forecast future growth.

- Conduct company valuations using DCF methods and comparable companies analysis to inform investment decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop merger and acquisition strategies, including due diligence reviews and post-closing integration planning.

- Provide expert advice on business valuation, financial modeling, and deal structuring to clients across various industries.

Job Requirements :

- 15-25 years of experience in finance modeling, financial modeling, business modeling, or related fields.

- Robust proficiency in building complex financial models using Excel or other tools (e.g., Bloomberg).

- Experience conducting company valuations using DCF methods and comparable companies analysis.

- Proven track record of successfully executing M&A; transactions from deal origination through closing.
