Position: Finance Manager

Location: Mumbai- Head Office
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and commercially oriented Finance Manager to lead financial planning, modelling, project finance, support capital raises (D&E;), cash-flow management, and financial reporting. The role will work closely with the leadership,
operations, procurement, and external stakeholders to support business growth, project financing, cost optimisation, and sound financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain and own the company financial model, per-plant project models,
- and all budget, forecast and cash-flow models, ensuring a single current version is
- used across the business.
- Support building out plant-level P&L; reporting for board approval
- Conduct scenario, sensitivity and valuation analysis to support live capital and
- operating decisions, including site configuration, capex sequencing, and
- production ramp-up scenarios for lenders.
- Support the financial workstream across all debt raises, covering lender models,
- information memoranda, diligence packs, sanction conditions and drawdown.
- Track DSCR, covenants and repayment schedules, and report covenant
- headroom in advance of any breach risk.
- Track capex against sanctioned scope and project milestones, and report
- variances in time for corrective action.
- Own claims, filings and compliance for subsidies, incentives and concessional
- financing structures available to the company.
- Partner with procurement and operations teams on conducting techno-economic
- analyses for various new projects.
- Create standard templates for management decisions
- Own revenue tracking, including price realisation against contracted floors, registry and verification fees, and receivables.
Requirements:
Must have
- 5–8 years in FP&A;, corporate finance, project finance or controllership
- Demonstrable ownership of a full model
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and financial statement skills; advanced
- Excel/Google Sheets.
- CA, CFA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Strongly preferred
- Term-loan or project-debt exposure — lender diligence, sanction conditions,
- drawdown, DSCR and covenant tracking
- Manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, agri or climate sector background — cost per
- unit of physical output, not per user
- Experience setting up an MIS
