Job Profile The Manager – Finance & Accounts will oversee finance and accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management and regulatory compliance. The role will also support financial risk management and strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, statutory filings and NBFC regulations.
- Monitor treasury, cash flow, fund utilisation, disbursements and collections.
- Monitor financial risks and asset quality.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS and management/Board reports.
- Coordinate with banks, lenders, auditors and other stakeholders.
- Lead the Finance & Accounts team and improve financial processes and systems.
- Support business growth, cost optimisation and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills





- Chartered Accountant (CA)/ MBA/ Degree.
- Relevant experience in Finance / Banking / NBFC is mandatory.
- Candidates in Assistant Manager or supervisory roles with potential to move into a managerial position are encouraged to apply.
- Solid knowledge of accounting, financial regulations and risk management.
- Good analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in English and financial systems/software.
- Age: Up to 32 years.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
