About the Role:-

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MBA Finance Intern to join our Finance & Accounts team. The internship will provide hands-on exposure to financial analysis, MIS reporting, accounting processes, budgeting, and day-to-day finance operations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in finance, good analytical skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Assist the Finance team in preparing MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Support preparation and analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly financial data.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
- Support accounts receivable/payable and reconciliation activities.
- Assist in bank, ledger, and other account reconciliations.
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial data for management review.
- Prepare and maintain Excel-based financial reports and dashboards.
- Support the team in identifying discrepancies and ensuring accuracy of financial information.
- Assist in documentation,



audit-related activities, and other finance projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams for collection and validation of financial information.
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills:-

- Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting fundamentals.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, etc.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with financial data and prepare reports.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong learning attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Eligibility:-

- MBA/PGDM/M.Com/B.Com Finance pursuing or recently completed.
- Freshers and candidates with limited experience can apply.
- Strong academic background in Finance/Accounting will be preferred.
- Candidates available for a full time internship will be preferred.
