Profile: Finance Manager

Experience

- 8–10 years in finance/accounts, with at least 3–4 years in a senior/managerial finance role
- Prior experience in a systems integration, IT infrastructure, security/surveillance, or project-based B2B company preferred
- Hands-on experience managing statutory and internal audits end-to-end
- Experience working with ERP-driven finance operations in a mid-sized organization (100+ employee scale)

Roles:
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounts operations across the organization
- Own cash flow planning, monitoring, and forecasting to support project and working capital needs
- Oversee ERP-based financial processes — procurement-to-pay, order-to-cash, GL, inventory/project costing
- Coordinate and lead statutory, internal, and tax audits; liaise with auditors and resolve queries
- Prepare and review MIS reports, budgets,



and variance analysis for management
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Monitor receivables/payables and vendor/client payment cycles, especially for project-based billing
- Support costing and margin analysis for solution/project-based sales (CCTV, networking, fire, access control projects)
- Work closely with sales and operations teams on project invoicing, billing milestones, and revenue recognition
- Supervise and mentor the accounts/finance team

Qualification:
- CA / CA (Inter) / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Solid working knowledge of accounting standards, GST, and TDS regulations
- Prior exposure to project/contract-based billing is an advantage
