Responsibilities

Financial Accounting:

1. Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
2. Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.

Taxation

1. Company and LLP Formation
2. Conduct tax planning and advise clients on optimizing their tax positions.
3. GST/ PAN/ TAN/PT Registration
4. Prepare and file income tax & GST returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
5. Provide support during tax audits and liaise with tax authorities on behalf of clients.
6. Handling Scrutiny Assessment Matters and drafting replies in response to various notices issued.
7. Preparing and filing appeals, submissions.
8. Research on the latest direct tax and Indirect tax issues.
9. Preparing Transfer pricing report

Auditing

1. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance with statutory requirements.
2. Review and assess internal controls to identify areas for improvement.

Financial Advisory

1. Provide expert financial advice to clients on matters such as investment planning, mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions.
2.



Analyse financial data to assist clients in making informed business decisions.

Compliance:

1. Stay up to date with changes in financial regulations and ensure clients' compliance with relevant laws.
2. Advise clients on regulatory issues and assist in obtaining necessary licenses and permits.

Client Relations

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
2. ​Act as a trusted advisor, addressing client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is the minimum requirement.
2. Proven experience working in a CA firm or a similar financial role will be an added advantage.
3. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team.
7. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
