Roles & Responsibilities-Finance Executive-BCom/BBM/Mcom/CA-inter with 0 to 2years of experience.

- Bookkeeping and Accounting o Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments). o Maintain ledgers and ensure proper classification of accounts. o Assist in preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts. 2.

Accounts

Payable and Receivable o Process supplier invoices and prepare payments. o Track customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. o Prepare aging reports and coordinate with vendors/customers for reconciliation.
- Bank and Cash Management o Reconcile bank statements regularly. o Monitor daily cash flow and petty cash transactions. o Assist with deposits and fund transfers. o Liaison with Bank relationship manager. o Intercompany reconciliation & balance confirmation. 4.

Financial

Reporting o Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. o Gather data for management reports and budget tracking. o Assist in variance analysis (actual vs. budgeted figures).




- Compliance and Audit Support o Maintain documentation for tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.). o Help ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. o Prepare schedules and documents required for internal or statutory audits. 6.

Payroll

Assistance o Support payroll processing and maintain employee reimbursement records. o Verify timesheets, deductions, and benefit payments.
- Coordination and Communication o Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external auditors. o Support senior accountants or finance managers in special projects.

Key Skills Required Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, MS office). Solid attention to detail and accuracy. Basic understanding of financial principles and local tax regulations. Good communication and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
