Job Title: Finance Executive

Location: JMD Megapolis, Sector-48, Badshahpur Sohna Road, Gurugram.

Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Finance Executive. The Finance Executive will manage daily financial operations, prepare and analyse financial statements, oversee financial compliance, and handle tasks related to finance coordination. This role includes preparing financial reports and ensuring the financial health of the organization through analytical insights and productive financial management practices.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage daily accounting entries using Zoho Books
- Create, track, and send invoices, credit notes, and collections
- Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and follow-ups
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in Zoho, ensuring accuracy and approvals
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing discussions and basic commercial negotiations (rates, payment terms, timelines)
- Perform bank reconciliations and expense tracking
- Process employee reimbursements via Keka HRMS
- Support payroll data preparation using Zoho Books
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance coordination with CA
- Prepare MIS reports and monthly financial summaries
- Maintain financial documentation for audits and internal reviews
- Ensure adherence to internal finance controls and processes

Qualifications

- Proficiency in preparing and analysing financial statements and reports.
- Basic knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and compliance
- Attention to detail and ability to perform financial reporting accurately.
