Key Responsibilities

Budgeting &

- Cost Control

- Prepare annual project budgets and forecasts.

- Monitor Budgeted Cost vs Actual Cost and analyze variances.

- Implement corrective actions to improve budget adherence.

- Ensure project expenditures are within approved budgets.

Project Profitability Management

- Track Gross Margin and Net Margin at project level.

- Conduct project profitability analysis and highlight risks.

- Support operational teams in improving project margins.

Working Capital Management

- Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and debtor ageing.

- Drive customer collections and improve cash conversion cycle.

- Review inventory ageing and reduce slow-moving inventory.

- Support cash flow planning and forecasting.

Overhead Cost Management

- Monitor fixed and variable overhead costs.

- Analyze overhead absorption and cost allocation.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Procurement &

- PO Governance

- Review and vet Purchase Orders before approval.

- Ensure procurement compliance with project budgets.

Management Reporting &





- MIS

- Prepare monthly financial dashboards and variance reports.

- Present project financial performance to management.

- Provide insights on profitability, cash flow, and working capital trends.

Internal Controls &

- Compliance

- Ensure adherence to company financial policies and controls.

- Support audits and financial reviews.

- Improve financial processes and reporting effectiveness.

Education

- CA

Experience

- 6-10 years in Manufacturing Industry

- Solid exposure to budgeting, project costing, working capital management, and profitability analysis.

Technical Skills

- SAP Knowledge MUST (FI/CO/MM preferred)

- Advanced Excel

- Cost Accounting

- Project Cost Control
