- Work closely with a business unit creating a real and active partnership with both operations and management.

- Their role is to provide 'real time' support and analysis, to be a trusted adviser and to add value that will assist in decision making.

- Own up the regions P&L; with sharp comments and action plan for variance.

- Drive Balance Sheet hygiene with all balances well substantiated.

- To act as a bridge between business and various corporate finance functions like treasury, legal, taxation and corporate finance to ensure all business needs are promptly addressed.

- Implement strong governance standard and compliance with statutory and company policies and standards.

- Providing support and guidance for improving processes, managing vendor and customer relationships.





- Tight monitoring and control of all business contracts.

- Support business with project feasibility for all investment decisions.

- Support Internal audit and statutory audit of the business The incumbent will also act as the CFO the region.

Candidate qualifications:

- CA with a post qualification experience of 4+ years in hospitality or manufacturing sector with a strong command in costing

- Should be a energetic leader and quick decision making and problem-solving skills

- Should have knowledge of regional labour laws

- Advanced excel and power point skills

- Efficient communication skills
- Should be a team player
