About the Job:

At Skydo, we’re hiring Finance Associates across two tracks — Finance & Controllership and FP&A; & Project Management. Both roles offer high ownership and exposure to a fast-growing, multi-entity fintech, with the opportunity to work across core finance and strategic business initiatives.

What you’ll do:

Finance & Accounting

- Own month-end closure across India and global entities, including P&L; reconciliation.
- Manage statutory compliance, audits and preparation/consolidation of financial statements.
- Drive treasury operations, intercompany reconciliations and settlements.
- Own transfer pricing documentation and intercompany alignment.
- Strengthen finance processes, controls and automation.
- Support fundraising, financial modelling and other finance projects.

FP&A; & Project Management

- Prepare monthly MIS, segment P&L; and variance analysis.




- Own the annual operating plan (AOP) and track performance against plan.
- Prepare board reporting and management presentations.
- Lead cost optimisation and strategic finance projects.
- Drive transfer pricing studies and implementation.
- Support valuation, ESOP, tax, pricing and IP-related projects.

You’re a valuable fit if you have:

- Chartered Accountant with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong fundamentals in finance, accounting and financial analysis.
- For Finance & Controllership: strong exposure to accounting, audit, tax and financial reporting.
- For FP&A;: strong analytical, financial modelling and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to zoom out and understand the broader business context.
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: exposure to fintech, cross-border payments or multi-entity businesses.
