– Finance Business Analyst

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 4 – 7 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze financial data, business performance, and market trends to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual).
- Conduct cost analysis, profitability analysis, and product/segment-wise performance evaluation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Projects) to identify business improvement opportunities.
- Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Assist in preparation of business cases, ROI analysis, and feasibility studies for new projects/investments.
- Support financial planning, capex evaluation, and cost tracking for new plant setup / greenfield & brownfield expansion projects.
- Work closely with project teams to monitor capital expenditure, project cash flows, and cost-vs-budget adherence during plant implementation.
- Conduct post-implementation review and cost-benefit analysis of completed capital projects.
- Identify process gaps and recommend automation/improvement in financial reporting and analytics.
- Support senior management with ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial reporting systems (ERP/BI tools).

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education:



CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent
- Experience: 4–7 years in Financial/Business Analytics, FP&A;, or Corporate Finance (preferably in manufacturing/engineering industry)
- Demonstrated experience working on capital projects, new plant setup, or business expansion initiatives, with exposure to project financing, capex budgeting, and cost control
- Solid command over Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and financial modeling
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with leadership
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred

Preferred Attributes

- Prior exposure to manufacturing/heat exchanger/engineering industry
- Proven track record of supporting new plant/facility implementation projects from a finance standpoint (capex planning, project cost monitoring, vendor payment schedules, ROI tracking)
- Experience in cost accounting or plant-level financial analysis
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially coordinating with project, procurement, and engineering teams

Pay: ₹765,103.73 - ₹1,387,712.84 per year
