About the Role

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations & Finance Executive to join our growing team in the Transport & Logistics industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting both day-to-day logistics operations and finance-related activities, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, timely reporting, and efficient business execution.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, works independently, and has strong analytical and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day transport and logistics operations.
- Track shipment/delivery status and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Identify and resolve delivery, documentation, and coordination issues.
- Maintain accurate operational records, MIS, trackers, and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, transporters, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely communication and updates regarding shipment and service status.
- Support process improvement, automation,



and operational efficiency initiatives.

Finance & Accounts
- Support day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
- Track operational expenses and maintain accurate records.
- Handle invoice management, payment documentation, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding invoices, payments, and required documents.
- Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing periodic reports.
- Support preparation of budgets, forecasts, MIS, and performance analysis.
- Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of financial and operational data.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Operations, Finance, Accounts, Logistics, or Transport.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems, or finance management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
