Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage FileNet Content Management (CM) setting, including CM Administration, Workflow, Business Process Framework Manager, and Integration with other systems.

- Provide technical support for IBM FileNet products such as P8 and CM.

- Ensure high availability of FileNet applications by monitoring performance metrics like CPU usage, memory consumption, etc.

- Troubleshoot issues related to file system errors on Windows platforms using tools like Event Viewer, System Monitoring Tools, etc.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems involving multiple components.
