We're looking for an Accounts & Finance Executive who can independently manage the company's day-to-day accounting and finance operations, and ensure accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations
- Maintain accurate ledgers, vouchers, invoices, Trial Balance, P&L;, and Balance Sheet
- Handle GST, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance and filings
- Prepare MIS reports in Tally and Excel — expense, profitability, revenue, and remuneration
- Manage petty cash, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor expenses, profitability, cash flow, and key financial metrics
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Identify, investigate, and resolve financial discrepancies
- Coordinate internal, external, and statutory audits and maintain documentation
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports and compliance documents
- Provide management with financial insights and practical solutions
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all financial records

Requirements




- 1+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance (real estate, financial services, or accounting firms preferred)
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
- Good understanding of GST, PF, ESI, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time-management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of finance and accounts
