Role & responsibilities ob Purpose:

To enhance the technical and sales capabilities of service personnel and sales teams across dealerships and service centers. The role involves designing and delivering training programs that improve product knowledge, customer handling, service quality, and sales effectiveness for electric 3-wheelers.

Key Responsibilities

Training Development & Delivery

Design and deliver training modules for service technicians and sales executives on electric 3-wheeler products.

Conduct onboarding and refresher training programs for dealership staff.

Develop training content including manuals, videos, presentations, and assessments.

Organize hands-on workshops and field demonstrations.

Technical Expertise & Support

Provide in-depth technical training on EV systems including battery management, motor controllers, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

Train service teams on preventive maintenance, warranty handling, and service SOPs.

Support field teams with technical queries and escalations.

Sales Enablement

Train sales teams on product USPs, customer engagement techniques, and objection handling.





Conduct role-plays and simulations to improve sales pitch and closing skills.

Collaborate with marketing to align training with campaign messaging.

Monitoring & Evaluation

Assess training effectiveness through feedback, tests, and performance metrics.

Maintain training records and generate reports for management review.

Identify skill gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Key Requirements

Education: Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field. EV certification / experience preferred.

Experience: 5+ years in service or sales training, preferably in the automotive or EV sector.

Skills

Solid technical knowledge of electric vehicles.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to travel extensively and conduct field training.

Proficiency in MS Office and training tools.

Preferred Attributes

Passion for electric mobility and sustainability.

Ability to engage diverse audiences and simplify complex topics.

Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
