Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, and target achievement. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance. Maintain field discipline, reporting, and process compliance. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and business growth. # Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1 year of experience in the Wallet/Fintech industry (PhonePe, Paytm, BharatPe, MobiKwik, Freecharge, etc.).
