Mission Statement:

The newly recruited person shall work onthe tasks below.

- Global product technical support for technology centers and factories.

- Perform feasibilitystudyto create changes as per the requirements in Problem Report raised by cross-functional teams.

- Make the changes as the Product Change Request (PCR) or Customer Specific Change (CSC).





- Create 3D models and 2D drawings proficiently for HV GIS components usingCreotool.Alsohaveexperience ofworking withWindchillPLM system.

- Create modify BOM in SAP.

- Followmaintainthe standard procedure of change management for every workflow.

- Perform tolerance chain calculation.

- Perform burst pressure analysis for pressurevesseland basic dielectric calculations.

- Participates constructively within team discussion. Sharesowntechnical knowledge and support colleagues in applying processes and tools to ensuretimelyand high-quality results.

- Shows solid documentation skills andwritestechnical reports independently.

- Involve and generatesolutionfor Design to Value activities.

- Create developmentreport, analysisreport, assembly test instruction, etc.

- Perform root cause analysis.

- Coordination with various cross functional stakeholders.

- YourResponsibilities:

- Field Service Engineering work is focused onprovidingtechnical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment at site across India

- Identifyingand correcting more complex problems associated with start-up

- Train customers on the features of the equipment they havepurchasedat Factory or site

- Researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs





- Developingon-goingrelationships with customers to secure future business.

- Troubleshoot and Overhauling of the breaker

Your Background

- Diploma Electrical /B.E.Electrical,

- 2to3years ofExperience.

- Practical application of digital tools and data to support customer interactions, service execution, and issue resolution.

- Proficiencyin both spoken written English language isrequired
