Experience: 0-1 Year Role Overview The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, meeting business owners, demonstrating our ERP software, and closing sales . This is a field-focused role involving direct interaction with decision-makers such as owners, managers, and accountants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and visit potential B2B customers (retail stores, wholesalers, distributors, SMEs, etc.)
2. Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market research
3. Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable ERP solutions
4. Conduct product demos and explain features, benefits, and pricing
5. Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
6. Coordinate with onboarding and support teams for smooth customer setup
7. Maintain accurate customer data and sales updates in CRM
8. Follow up with existing customers for renewals, upgrades, and referrals
9. Collect market feedback and competitor insights

Required Skills Qualifications
1. Bachelor s degree (preferred, not mandatory)
2. Experience in B2B field sales , software sales, ERP, POS, or SaaS is an advantage
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability to explain software concepts in simple business language
5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field work
6. Basic knowledge of smartphones,



apps, and digital tools
7. Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)

Preferred Background
1. Experience selling ERP / POS / Accounting / SaaS products
2. Exposure to retail, distribution, manufacturing, or service industries
3. Local market knowledge and customer network
