nRole Overview

nThe Field Sales Officer will be responsible for developing cattle-feed sales across the assigned territory by building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers and dairy farmers.

nKey Responsibilities

n

n
- Generate sales of cattle feed through dealers, distributors and direct farmer contacts within the assigned territory.
n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dairy farmers, cattle owners, retailers and dealers.
n
- Conduct regular field visits to identify current business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network.
n
- Promote awareness and adoption of company products through farmer meetings, product demonstrations and on-ground campaigns.
n
- Drive sales of the company's cattle-feed portfolio, including pellet feed and newly introduced Mash and Chuni products.
n
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
n
- Identify new markets, customers and potential channel partners.
n
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, market activity and customer feedback.
n




- Support the company in strengthening its presence within the assigned territory.
n
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers/dealers as required.
n
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer visits, market feedback and collections.
n
- Regularly report field activities and sales performance to the reporting manager.

nCandidate Profile

n

n
- We are looking for candidates who have:
n
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
n
- Prior experience in Cattle Feed, Animal Feed, Veterinary Products or Animal Nutrition will be strongly preferred.
n
- Ability to communicate effectively with farmers and rural communities.
n
- Prior field-sales experience will be an advantage.
n

n

nA two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.

nCompensation & Benefits

- CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹3.0 LPA, depending on experience
n
- TA/DA: As per company policy
n
- Employment: Full-time, on-site
n
- Working Days: 6 days/week
n
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
